Responsibilities

Portfolio

+ Partner with the Portfolio Leadership Team to unblock/guide program teams’ delivery

+ Ability to manage the breadth and depth of the program portfolio

+ Identify and/or simplify program level processes enabling the org to operate smoothly

+ Demonstrate strong executive level communications skills driving transparency across program portfolio to Senior Leadership

+ Quickly come up to speed and scale the payments portfolio and deliverables independently

+ Understand the technology landscape and connect the dots across various programs within the portfolio to simplify the 'why/what/how'

+ Effectively identify and manage dependencies across the program

+ Manage risks, issues, and escalations specific to international market complexities, such as compliance challenges and infrastructure constraints.

Program

+ Develop a program structure and drive a program operating cadence

+ Drive creation of execution plans across all phases of planning, development, and production readiness and launch

+ Ability to define and implement program frameworks ensuring operational rigor across the program enabling teams to deliver with ease

+ Strong ability to kickoff programs and establish close partnerships with core stakeholders

+ Collaborate with leaders in product management, engineering, and other groups to achieve program goals

+ Manage dependencies at scale through structure and right sized processes

+ Quickly and effectively and resolve the critical issues and risks. Clearly communicate actionable solutions, striking an effective balance between stakeholder needs and technical limitations

+ Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels leading to quick decisions

+ Communicate results and progress clearly and in actionable form across the organization and at all levels; includes program status, risks, dependencies and change control

+ Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos inherent in rapid international expansion.

Qualifications

+ Strong program management experience with 10+ years experience, or the equivalent in the industry

+ Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and ability to influence leaders and build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs

+ Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences including goals of program and other relevant success criteria

+ Highly capable in stakeholder management and strong capability to build strong relationships

+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs in an agile environment

+ Result oriented team player with excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills to execute and deliver outcomes

+ Thrive in establishing order and clarity amongst ambiguity and chaos

+ Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently

+ Background in Fintech is a plus
