    Role Overview:The RN Manager will oversee the daily operations of one Rehabilitation and Short Stay household, supporting clinical staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional outcomes and service. This position works closely with interdisciplinary team members to promote smooth transitions, individualized care plans, and successful discharges home.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to uphold clinical and service excellence.

    + Collaborate with rehabilitation, admissions, and social work teams to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.

    + Monitor quality indicators and drive performance improvement initiatives.

    + Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and documentation requirements.

    Qualifications

    + CurrentRN license in New York State

    + Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisor/nurse manager role

    + Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred

    + Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills

    + Ability to manage, mentor, and inspire nursing staff while ensuring compliance with care standards
