Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Financial Coordinator Lead to join and food and beverage client in Mexico City. The IT Financial Coordinator will be focused within financial planning/forecasting. You will need to be comfortable collaborating with program delivery leads/program managers/project managers/IT leaders to maintain an understanding of project deliverables as estimated and planned. Responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, as well as generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. The role involves maintaining accurate records of financial transactions within accounting systems and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. The Finance Coordinator also coordinates and supports both internal and external audits, manages accounts payable and receivable processes, and analyzes financial data to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the position requires collaboration with department heads to interpret financial data, maintaining vendor relationships, overseeing payment schedules, and staying updated on relevant tax laws and financial regulations. The ideal candidate with expertise in financial planning and forecasting.

Skills and Requirements

- 7+ years of experience working as a financial coordinator

- Experiencing managing IT infrastructure/network project finances

- Expert level excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, raw data analysis)

- Experience in accounting, financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting

- SAP MyBuy and TM1 Mosaic

- Strong ability to consolidate and report financials in a clear and precise format. Track actuals, variances, AOP, general ledgers & journal entries

- Leadership skills, ability to lead and develop junior financial analyst

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong ability to present and speak to period forecasts - Ability to create Macros in Excel

- Experience managing IT project finances

- Experience managing $10 million+ budgets

- Proven ability to track and create POs, reoccurring inbound and outbound invoices, reconciliations

- TM1 Mosaic
