    Job Description

    A client in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Top Secret Cleared Database Administrator in support of a federal client. This position will be fully onsite in Schenectady, NY, 5 days a week. Candidates must have an active TS Clearance and/or Q Clearance. If candidates do not have a Q clearance the customer will process.

     

    Candidates will be expected to support project teams by managing and maintaining databases and infrastructure across Azure environments, ensuring reliable performance and security. They will assist with Azure data storage, analytics, and SQL database administration, while also providing user and developer support

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week - no remote flex

     

    BA/BS degree in related field and 6 years of professional, related experience OR MA/MS degree and 4 years

     

    SQL Server Administration and Azure cloud data services included but not limited to Azure Storage, Data Lakes, and Synapse

     

    Proficiency in data migrations, ETL processes, and DB performance tuning

     

    Ability to STIG servers on NIPR networks
