    Job Description

    We are currently hiring a Sr. SalesForce Developer supporting a program within the Department of Energy. This individual will join a small team responsible for integrations and enhancements of their existing SalesForce environment. They are currently in the O&M phase for an integration project with Outlook, but they will be kicking off future Salesforce portal buildouts in the near future. This individual will interface with the customer and be the face of the product, so excellent communication and presentation skills are required.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Active Secret Clearance with the ability to upgrade to a Top Secret

     

    - Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience (can substitute yoe for degree)

    - Hands-on coding experience with Salesforce platform, requiring LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex

    - Experience should also include: SLDS, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch classes, SOQL, SOSL and declarative platform tools (Flows, Process builder, Lightning App Builder, etc.).

     

    - 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting the implementation of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform in Lightning and have advanced level working knowledge on major Salesforce.com technologies, data modeling, integration, and data migration.

     

    - Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration, such as with Copado, as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.

     

    - Extensive understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) development and customization.

     

    - Experience with SFDC specific IDE and version control configurations (GitHub, Bitbucket) for Salesforce development (VS Code, IntelliJ, SFDX) - Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification

     

    - Hands on experience with CI/CD and/or Copado

     

    - Understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap
