Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead installation and programming of fire alarm systems, security systems, and CCTV systems across retail environments such as Walmart and Target. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage crews and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation and programming of fire alarm, speaker, and CCTV systems.

• Review blueprints, assess job sites, and verify delivered materials against plans.

• Manage inventory and place orders for additional materials as needed.

• Organize and direct crews, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

• Set up control panels and amplifiers; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Communicate effectively with store teams, managers, and subcontractors.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and maintain a strong safety record.

• Travel across the Northeast region for project assignments. Candidates will be put into a Hotel/Airbnb. Expenses are covered.

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

• Travel: Must be willing to travel to MI, OH, PA, NY, NJ, MA, WV, VA, CT, ME

• Experience: 3–5 years as a Field Supervisor or Foreman in alarm/security system installation.

• Certifications: OSHA 30 required.

• Technical Skills:

• Installation and programming of fire alarm systems, security systems, and CCTV systems.

• Ability to read blueprints and manage installation processes end-to-end.

• Other Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Leadership and team management experience.

• Excellent client facing communication skills.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Other: Must pass background and drug checks; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Nice to Have:
