    Job Description

    The Digital Workplace Senior Manager for Endpoint Engineering leads the management, optimization, and security of endpoint technology systems at Paul Hastings, LLP, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, supporting secure and efficient legal service delivery, and driving technical innovation and process improvement. This role also incorporates telemetry and predictive analysis to proactively monitor endpoint health, anticipate potential issues, and optimize performance across the global environment.

     

    This role is a strategic leader within the Office of Digital Workplace. The Senior Manager, Endpoint Engineering is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s global endpoint strategy to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing digital workspaces. This role addresses immediate compliance and security challenges while proactively designing scalable solutions that enhance operational resilience and user experience.

     

    This role leverages deep expertise in endpoint architecture, device management, and IT governance, the Senior Manager enables legal and business professionals to work seamlessly across platforms, safeguarding productivity and client service excellence. This position is a cornerstone of the firm’s digital transformation efforts, driving innovation, continuity, and strategic alignment across global offices. This role will require the incumbent to be an exceptional communicator and exude a positive forward-learning attitude.

     

    Deploy Microsoft Autopilot and Intune for zero-touch provisioning, treating endpoint deployment as CI/CD for devices;

     

    Build operational runbooks and enhance workflow processes for provisioning, configuration management, software inventory, and desktop deployment;

     

    Standardize endpoint configurations to meet ISO standards and legal best practices;

     

    Lead endpoint compliance efforts, support ISO/client audits, and maintain documentation and control evidence;

     

    Drive integration of new technologies and cloud solutions in collaboration with IT, security, and business stakeholders;

     

    Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues and provide Tier 3 support for escalated incidents;

     

    Establish asset management practices for hardware/software, license management, and decommissioning;

     

    Targeting $150-200K

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field;

     

    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and collaboration abilities;

     

    Certifications: ITIL Foundation; Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) or Microsoft Intune Administrator; additional relevant certifications (A+, Security+, SSCP);

     

    At least 10+ years in endpoint management, 4+ years in leadership/managerial roles in complex global environments; experience in security, configuration management, compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, RMF); supporting audit and regulatory compliance in professional/legal settings; and

     

    Expertise in endpoint management (Intune, SCCM/Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, JAMF), security platforms (CrowdStrike, Netskope, enterprise browsers), software asset management, automation (PowerShell, GPO), strong analytical and reporting abilities, and experience with telemetry and predictive analytics for endpoints.
