    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly-organized and strategic Program Manager with deep experience in driving complex initiatives across multiple workstreams. This role requires strong program management capabilities to ensure seamless execution, stakeholder alignment, and visibility across diverse efforts. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional programs, especially those involving technical Agent AI teams, and will be adept at translating business needs into actionable development requirements. Lean Six Sigma certification and hands-on experience are required to support process optimization and continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Program Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end program execution, ensuring milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and teams remain aligned with strategic goals.

    • AI Collaboration: Partner with Agent AI development teams to define bot functionality, translate business requirements into technical deliverables, and ensure program objectives are reflected in AI solutions.

    • Reporting & Data Management: Build and interpret reports using Excel to track training completions, certification status, and program metrics.

    Skills and Requirements

    • Extensive program management experience across complex, multi-stakeholder environments: 4+ years

    • Proven collaboration with technical Agent AI or bot development teams: 1+ years of experience

    • Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)

    • SharePoint (File Management, Web Design): Previous experience working on a team that utilizied a shared SharePoint site

    • Lean Six Sigma exeprience/training: preferabbly a Yellow belt or higher

    • Operates independently with confidence in ambiguous environments
