Job Description

This job is willing to pay 70-80K depending on experience.

Conduct analysis and develop documentation on network systems. Support the analysis of C4I system requirements, integration, and capability development. Participate in working groups, exercises, and wargames as a C2/C4I networks expert.

Support various networking projects including architecture and design analysis, systems engineering, C4I systems integration, test planning, and documentation of military networking systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop C4I Systems Requirements policy.

Assist in creating an integrated C4I architecture for various units, allowing for configuration and baseline control of deployed operational nodes and systems. Provide expertise in the design, analysis, engineering, implementation, and/or operation of network systems.

Perform document analysis, requirements parsing, taxonomy alignment, reports generation, abstraction outline, and capability set mapping to enable analysis of complex business problems. Analyze system interface problems, data definitions, and user interface design issues.

Maintain mapping of systems to required capabilities in support of drafting the annual C4I Required Capabilities Letter. Draft and present reports, studies, formal briefings, and business cases analyses. Participate in drafting and editing documentation in accordance with standards and style guides.

Conduct gap reviews, reconciliation, attend meetings, draft summaries with key points, decisions made, and issues noted. Recommend system support requirements including monitoring, capacity, staffing, and patching/updating. Analyze and resolve program support deficiencies.

Skills and Requirements

* Secret Clearance

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field, plus 4+ years of relevant experience. Alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience without a degree.

* Advanced knowledge of network systems engineering, analysis, and design.

* Solid understanding of Military structures and functions.

* Expertise in Military tactical networks, especially afloat networks.

* Proficiency in Cisco routing & switching, Microsoft Server, Exchange Server, Active Directory, and DNS.

* Experience with Host Based Security System, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution, and tactical applications.

* Knowledge of tactical radio and satellite communications, WAN/LAN connections.

* Familiarity with Cloud (AWS, Azure) and/or Hybrid networks.
