Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Engineer. The right candidate for the role is experienced in support across IT systems and line-of- business applications. Core responsibilities include deployment, maintenance and support of IT services.
What you’ll work on:
• Leverage your experience across IT systems and line-of- business applications to support.
• Utilize documented and evolving troubleshooting procedures related to hardware, software, and networking systems to support employees.
• Accountable for adhering to Information Technology procedures to support the IT Policy.
• Manage employee technology incidents and requests through ITSM system and contribute to team project work.
• Configures security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.
• Hardware and software installations and troubleshooting
• Document support operations procedures
• Re-imaging of computers and software deployment
• Execute project tasks to improve systems and operation
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule; provide walk-up support during scheduled shifts; occasional overtime may be required from time to time based on need
• Other IT tasks as directed by supervisor

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of support engineering or other directly related experience or a combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years supporting and troubleshooting complex Enterprise software and hardware issues.
• 3+ years of Windows laptop administration for 150+ person companies.
• 3+ years with Microsoft Administration (Active Directory and Entra)
• Experience in administration of Identity Management systems and SSO
• Experience in Mobile Device Management systems, experience with Intune is a plus.
• Experience with systems hardening and network security.
• Experience with Agile development processes (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with ITIL best practices. • Experience with iManage, Intapp, other law applications, and Atlassian (Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence) are a plus.
