    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Portfolio Presentation Analyst for one of their top financial services clients to support the uplift of project management processes within their organization. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and visually compelling reporting for executive forums while driving automation through Power BI dashboards. The position will contribute by creating accurate, visually stimulating and compelling decks while also helping to transition manual reporting into streamlined, automated solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    Create and manage presentation decks for project portfolio updates, governance forums, and leadership meetings.

     

    Gather and organize project data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

     

    Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency in messaging and branding.

     

    Support automation efforts by utilizing Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.

     

    Pay ranges from $30-40/hr based on qualifications and years of experience

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.

     

    - Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI or similar data visualization platforms.

     

    - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

     

    - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

     

    - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Experience in project portfolio reporting or PMO environments.

     

    - Financial service industry experience
