    Job Description

    • 2–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferrably with IT

    • Experience responding and triaging technical issues

    • Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments

    • Eligible to get a security clearance

    Plusses:

    • Basic knowledge of IT or telecommunications systems preferred

    Compensation:

    $23/hr to $25/hr.

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

     

    Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. This role involves resolving customer inquiries efficiently and escalating technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Accurate documentation of all customer interactions is essential to maintain service quality and continuity. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate closely with IT and telecommunications teams to ensure seamless support and operational stability.
