As a Skiptown Support Skipper, you'll set the tone for every guest experience. From greeting clients and answering questions to managing bookings and supporting smooth check-ins and check-outs, you'll make sure everything runs seamlessly at the front desk. If you love helping people, staying organized, and creating great first impressions, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
+ Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt, friendly service
+ Answer questions about services, memberships, pricing, and events
+ Assist with daycare, boarding, and grooming check-ins and check-outs
+ Manage bookings and reservations using Skiptown's software
+ Process payments for services, memberships, and retail sales
+ Promote Skiptown memberships, services, and special offers
+ Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest-ready
+ Communicate updates and important information between guests and team members
+ Document and escalate guest concerns or incidents as needed

+ Experience in a pet care environment or knowledge of pet services
+ Familiarity with scheduling or booking software
Musts & Physical Requirements
+ Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during shifts
+ Ability to safely lift and handle up to 30 lbs
+ Comfortable working in an environment with dogs, pet hair, and occasional messes
