    Role Overview

     

    Sodexo is now hiring our Facilities Engineering Manager for Bartlesville, OK Schools. Our success full candidate will have a high level of technical ability, particularly within HVAC and overall awareness of planned preventative maintenance services, exceptional leadership skills and preferably, knowledge of Pelican Wireless Control System. This leader will mentor our frontline hourly team, maintain excellent documentation and have strong professional communication skills.

    What You'll Do

    + Manage HVAC Systems

    + Schedule Planned and Preventative maintenance

    + Manage Tridium Building Automation System Controls

    + Manage maintenance and troubleshooting for 3 Chillers

    + Lead and mentor our team of 9 technicians with a focus on safety

    What You Bring

    + Expertise in HVAC and Chiller systems

    + Strong knowledge of BAS like Tridium and Pelican wireless

    + The ability to respond to emergencies as needed on campus

    + Strong sense of community for our schools, students, teachers and staff

    + Experience with scheduling of planned maintenance, preventative maintenance
