The role you will contribute:
The Consumer Experience Instructional Designer is responsible for the the design, development, and delivery of methods for learning tools and educational content in support of the Consumer Experience Center (CxC). This position creates in-person and online learning modules, live web-based training sessions, instructor-led training guides, and supporting materials following an instructional design process. Additionally, this role uses strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills to develop engaging content for frontline team members, members of leadership, and partnering departments. In addition, this position manages all training materials to ensure a globally consistent training experience and collaborates with other learning professionals and business partners. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning theory, learner retention and application, and demonstrates graphic, layout, and instructional design skills to build engaging curriculum.

+ Collaborates with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs.
+ Develops instructional materials such as manuals, guides, and multimedia content.
+ Applies instructional design theories, practice, and methods to create effective learning experiences.
+ Integrates multimedia elements like videos, graphics, and audio to enhance learning.
+ Creates assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness.
+ Continuously updates and improves course content based on feedback and learning analytics.
+ Manages and organizes course materials and resources for easy access and use.
+ Provides support and guidance to learners throughout the course.
+ Other duties as assigned.
+ Utilizes a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including simulations, role-playing, and interactive activities.
+ Conducts research and analysis to ensure content is relevant and up-to-date.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
+ Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training or other related discipline [Required]
+ 2 learning design and development experience [Required]
+ Thorough knowledge of adult learning principles and multiple instructional design processes
+ Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, and creative curriculum design
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Exceptional written, verbal, critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Flexible mindset and adaptable nature, with the ability to rapidly change course based on needs of the business
+ Ability to develop workflows and business procedures
+ Strong organizational and coordination skills
+ Experience designing, developing, and delivering emerging learning solutions including game-based learning, video, micro-learning, simulations, and immersive scenarios requiring multiple branching elements
+ Advanced instructional software development skills in tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise
+ Advanced skillsets with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative software suite tools
+ Experience working in an agile (SAM) and waterfall (ADDIE) design environment
+ Experience with audio/video editing and animation software
+ Business and ROI-minded, performance improvement driven
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project, Visio, and other planning and presentation software
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training or other related discipline [Preferred]
+ Experience working in contact center environments
+ Experience conducting instructor-led training, either live or via webcast
+ Advanced skillset with SharePoint platform site development
+ Experience conducting instructor-led training, either live or via webcast
+ Experience working with Epic EMR System
+ Change Management, LMS Experience
