    About Team: Tech Bridge Platform Development

     

    The Tech Bridge team’s goal is to unlock synergies to many complex systems for corporate associates. The idea is unlock productivity and efficiency for users that historically have been neglected. We want to revamp the simple things such as new hire onboarding for our corporate office, ordering software and hardware that will take advantage of new technologies to improve processes from days to minutes.

     

    We’re looking for a creative and technically sharp Vibe Coder to push for an AI-first development team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with AI tools to turn ideas into working software by crafting effective prompts, refining AI-generated code, and delivering engaging digital experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of human creativity and machine intelligence, helping shape the future of software development. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a key position to deliver associate centric experiences. We are embracing Open-Source technology using React.js , Reach Native, Node .JS to build web and mobile experiences. In our team, you will work with talented engineers across our platforms with front end engineers, backend service engineers, UX Designers and product managers to shape our road map for experiences to delight our users.

    About Team:

    Our team is focused on developing a streamlined, dependable company that includes service operations and technology solutions for Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience (ADE). We also provide a variety of services such as procurement, supplier portfolio management, merchandising master data, and analytics. From developing HR chatbots and virtual assistants to creating invoice solutions and facilitating legal changes, we help drive efficiency across Walmart globally.

    What you'll do:

    + Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to develop high-level designs during project discovery phases.

    + Analyze and troubleshoot production and business issues by performing root cause analysis and developing effective solutions.

    + Manage complex projects by translating requirements into technical solutions, coding, unit testing, and ensuring timely delivery.

    + Support users by addressing technical questions, researching solutions, and guiding implementation strategies.

    + Provide mentorship and guidance to small engineering teams, including offshore associates.

    + Develop and maintain test cases, execute testing, and manage defect resolution to ensure software quality.

    + Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance CI/CD and application monitoring.

    What you'll bring:

    + Proven experience in software design and development using languages such as JavaScript, Python, React JS, Node JS, Type Script

    + Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and project management principles.

    + Expertise in full stack development, including front-end frameworks like React.js and back-end engineering.

    + Proficiency with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and version control systems like GitHub.

    + Ability to create and maintain test cases, perform unit testing, and apply test-driven development (TDD).

    + Experience in code review, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables.

    + Familiarity with architectural design, JSON, and web content accessibility guidelines.

    + Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support continuous integration and delivery processes.

    + Use tools like ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and Open AI to generate and refine code.
