Position Summary...
The Manager, Contract Management plays a key role within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization, supporting the translation of contractual agreements into accurate, compliant, efficient, and scalable billing operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Client Services to ensure that contractual billing terms and related workflows are clearly defined, standardized, and operationally executable.
This individual will serve as a trusted partner in driving contract-to-billing alignment, ensuring billing integrity and accuracy, and contributing to the development of scalable processes and documentation that support Walmart Connect’s broader revenue management goals.

What you'll do...
Key Responsibilities** **Contract Management & Operational Alignment
+ Review, interpret, and validate customer contracts, including insertion orders (IOs), joint business plans (JBPs), and agency agreements and provide feedback on contract language that may impact billing compliance or operational efficiency.
+ Provide support to the Senior Manager in translating contractual billing terms into operational billing rules, schedules, and workflows to enable accurate and timely invoicing.
+ Ensure all contract terms—including billing frequency, credits, incentives, and payment terms—are accurately captured and executable within operational systems.
+ Partner with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies between contract terms and billing practices, escalating issues as appropriate.
+ Support standardization efforts by ensuring consistent use of contract templates and documentation to reduce complexity and prevent disputes.
+ Maintain a comprehensive catalogue of all contractual agreements executed and/or signed by WMC to enhance accessibility, visibility, and compliance adherence within the RCM team.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
+ Audit existing RCM processes and workflows to identify legal and compliance risks related to contractual terms executed or agreed upon by WMC.
+ Recommend improvements to strengthen contract intake, billing accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.
+ Partner with the Oversight and Automation teams to support billing workflow automation, data validation, and system enhancement initiatives.
+ Support cross-functional readiness efforts for new products, billing models, or system integrations.
+ Support the Senior Manager in the development of reports that track contract accuracy and billing compliance and deliver data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Act as a point of contact for Invoicing, Collections, Dispute Resolution and Client Services teams regarding contract-to-billing queries and issue resolution.
+ Collaborate with Invoicing, Collections, Client Services, Enable and Support, and Enterprise teams to ensure contract integrity throughout the revenue lifecycle.
+ Partner with Oversight and Automation, Legal, and Product stakeholders to streamline contract management processes and develop system enhancements to integrate contract terms within WMC platforms improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
+ 4–6 years of experience in contract management, billing operations, or revenue cycle management.
+ Strong understanding of contract structures, billing terms, and operational execution.
+ Experience collaborating across Legal, Finance, and Sales organizations.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to translate complex contract terms into actionable processes.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data and systems.
+ Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or billing tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) preferred.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $202,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
