Job Description
As a Senior Social Strategist working across multiple projects, you’ll live at the intersection of media, creative, analytics, social, and content. Success in this role will hinge on careful guidance of junior team members, energetic communication across internal teams, clients, and external partners, and a strong background in strategic storytelling and research.

Responsibilities
Day-to-day, your role includes:
+ Developing smart social and content strategies for clients
+ Sourcing, planning and executing social and content programs
+ Helping create and execute influencer strategies
+ Developing thought leadership pieces and other editorial material
+ Keeping a firm pulse on pop culture, entertainment events and other opportunities for our clients to make waves in social
+ Building strong relationships with third party content providers and website in professional networking arenas - attending/speaking at relevant events
Qualifications
We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:
+ 4 to 6 years of digital experience in advertising, entertainment, newsroom or content fields—if you have social, PR or publishing experience, even better
+ A strong understanding of media planning, distribution and content syndication
+ Expertise with innovative, entertainment-based social media programs
+ Experience living in the social media universe—you’re in-the-know on all social platforms
+ Excellent research and writing skills—and the ability to create smart content quickly (please include links to examples of your work in your application)
+ The ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners, including directly managing junior team members
+ A nose for new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture
+ An ear for consumer insights—you get what makes people tick
+ The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
+ Willingness to travel—you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas

Compensation Range: $96,830- $125,925 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
