Summary
Oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid digital media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.) to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
This position will support our Marketing team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office in Dallas, TX.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Develop and lead paid digital media strategies across platforms (Search, Display, Paid Social, Programmatic, Content Syndication etc.)
+ Develop and lead multiple concurrent digital marketing strategies across several Freeman brands, optimizing audience targeting to reduce overlap and ensure brand distinction
+ Manage multi-million dollar ad budgets with clear ROI targets
+ Partner with analytics to track KPIs, report on campaign performance and measure success of channel mix
+ Lead performance analysis, A/B testing, and digital optimization efforts
+ Collaborate with audience marketing team to understand customer segmentation, new/optimizing segmentations and defining best channels to target (including new channels, platforms & tactics).
+ Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to develop high-performing ad assets
+ Oversee external media agencies
+ Stay up to date on media trends and platform algorithm changes
+ Present campaign performance to stakeholders with strategic insights
+ Leverage latest AI tools to test, optimize and scale digital campaigns
+ Stay up to date on competitive analysis, competitor digital strategies and digital gaps
+ Provide reporting insights and guide the team on what’s resonating, continuously refining strategy and spend based on performance
+ Delivers high-level presentations and reports to executive and senior leadership, and is the SME for digital marketing best practices, strategy and execution
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor's degree from a 4 year accredited college or university with a concentration in Marketing, Business, or related field is required
+ 11+ years experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media
+ Proven track record of implementing and optimizing successful digital campaigns
+ Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Deep expertise of platforms: Google ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display ad tools (Terminus)
+ Strong understanding of attribution models, UTMs and media tracking
+ Experience with A/B testing and optimization framework
+ Analytical skills and experience with GA4, Looker Studio, etc
+ Understanding of Salesforce impacts and lead conversion reporting
+ Agency or in-house experience managing large-scale campaigns running at same time
+ Excellent communication, time management and stakeholder management skills
