    + Schedule : PRN 7:00pm - 7:00am

    + Department : Emergency Department Behavioral Health (ED BH)

    + Location : Forsyth Medical Center – Winston Salem, NC

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.

    + Experience:

    + One year preferred.

    + One year assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.

    + Licensure/Certification:

    + Completion of NAI program, required.

    + Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required.

    + Medication Safety - AME, required.

    + NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.

    + Additional Skills (preferred): Basic computer skills for documentation.
