    What You Will Be Doing

    As a Customer Deployment Integrator – Level 2, you will play a vital role on the front lines of aircraft sustainment and mission readiness\. Embedded within the F\-35 Deployment Support Team, you will act as a systems integrator—collaborating across engineering, logistics, and operations to rapidly resolve issues impacting deployed aircraft\. Your primary focus will be managing life\-cycle sustainment requirements and developing solutions that get grounded aircraft \(AOG\) back to Full Mission Capable \(FMC\) status\.

    Key Responsibilities

    \- Serve as the primary integrator for F\-35 Air Vehicle and Non\-Air Vehicle sustainment issues impacting deployed operations\.

     

    \- Analyze and resolve Aircraft on Ground \(AOG\) conditions to restore Full Mission Capable \(FMC\) status in a timely and effective manner\.

     

    \- Collaborate cross\-functionally with engineering, logistics, supply chain, and operations to implement rapid, mission\-focused solutions\.

     

    \- Coordinate technical and programmatic responses to deployment\-related sustainment challenges

     

    \- Support global customer deployment activities, ensuring readiness and alignment with program goals and timelines\.

     

    \- Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations for product improvements and process enhancements\.

     

    \- Participate in integrated product teams \(IPTs\), customer briefings, and coordination meetings to represent deployment sustainment interests\.

     

    \- Maintain detailed documentation of issue resolution processes, root cause analyses, and lessons learned\.

     

    \- Proactively identify risks and opportunities related to sustainment performance in deployed environments\.

     

    \- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce response time and enhance aircraft availability\.
