Pay & Schedule

• **Pay:** Up to $25/hour

• **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (occasional overtime may be required)

• **Work Environment: Hybrid** — work onsite 2 - 3 days, remote the rest of the week

What you’ll do

• Serve as the **single point of contact** for assigned customer accounts, managing the **entire order life cycle** from order entry to delivery.

• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate documentation, pricing, part setup, and shipping schedules.

• **Resolve complex order issues** , backorders, and returns through detailed research and effective communication.

• Maintain **accurate records** of all customer interactions and transactions in internal systems.

• Prepare and distribute standard and customized **Excel-based reports** for internal and external stakeholders.

• Support departmental goals focused on improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need

• **High School Diploma required• ** **2+ years of experience** **in c** **ustomer order management, account management, or supply chain.**

• ** **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel** **is** **_essential_** **— candidates must be able to perform data entry, manage reports, and analyze information with accuracy.

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Experience with ERP/Order Management or CRM systems a plus.

• Ability to work effectively across cultures and departments in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
