Job Summary
The Vendor Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing vendor compliance, communication, and contract processing, which involves onboarding and vetting vendors, ensuring the proper submission of all paperwork, coordinating quarterly vendor meetings, and addressing any vendor-related concerns.
Essential Functions
+ Processes vendor contracts from inception to completion.
+ Notifies business partners on renewal timelines.
+ Ensures successful onboarding of new vendors.
+ Manages vendor performance issues.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
+ Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
+ H.S. Diploma or GED required
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or Financial preferred
+ 1-3 years managing vendor relationships required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member, work independently, and be self-motivated
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Commitment to professional customer service
+ Process driven individual with solid analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
