This position is responsible for critical investment support functions of the Cleveland Clinic Investment Office in investment analytics and data governance. The Investment Data Analytics Analyst is a specialized role focused on leveraging advanced data engineering and analytics skills to support investment operations. This position is responsible for building and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights through robust reporting and visualization. The successful candidate will drive innovation and automation, championing continuous improvement and process optimization. Collaboration with the Investment Team and Cleveland Clinic Enterprise Data Analytics Team is essential to delivering high-impact solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.
_Caregivers must reside in the Cleveland area to work on-site at the Beachwood CCAC location._
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable data infrastructure and pipelines for the Investment Data Warehouse using Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, and DevOps
+ tools.
+ Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance data systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance.
+ Reconcile and ensure efficient data flows between investment management systems including but not limited to Aladdin, custodian systems, Dynamo, Private I, eVestment, and Bloomberg.
+ Administer and support the Dynamo and Canoe systems, ensuring reliable operation, data integrity, and alignment with investment workflows.
+ Create and deliver insightful reports and dashboards using SQL and Tableau; Python (preferred).
+ Collaborate closely with the Investment Team to gather requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
+ Support continuous improvement and process optimization.
+ Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices to proactively recommend improvements.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Complexity of Work:
+ Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
+ Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
+ Proficient with managing large amounts of data.
+ Understanding of data warehousing, t-SQL programming, and Tableau preferred.
+ Familiarity with continuous integration principles and application/platform deployment best practices, including change control processes.
+ Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, resourceful, possess interpersonal skills and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's degree in quantitative subjects such as Finance, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Quantitative Economics, etc.
+ Two years of highly analytical and quantitative experience in custodian bank, asset management firm, investment consultant, investment office, and financial institution
+ **OR** three years of public accounting experience auditing financial institutions
+ Proficient with managing large amounts of data
+ Knowledge of continuous integration principles and application/platform deployment best practices, including change control processes
+ Understanding of data warehousing, t-SQL programming and Tableau
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Master's degree
+ Pursuit of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)/Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA)/Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designation

Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
+ Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.
+ In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.
+ In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.

+ Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Pay Range
Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00
Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50
The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include any applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime, etc.).
