Required Skills:

Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

1. Work on generating a prototyping roadmap and working with the cross-functional partners in developing the requirements and specifications of prototypes.

2. Plan and execute product prototype builds, including materials planning and factory readiness.

3. Own system-level flexes and boards by managing the internal design review process and release to vendors, reviewing design changes with cross-functional teams, managing vendors and materials, and driving overall schedule for on-time delivery to final assembly.

4. Establish daily build schedule and distribution plan for identified builds to support overall project plan for in-region and local builds.

5. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to understand key design changes requiring validation to accurately integrate engineering validation needs into the system build matrix.

6. Provide clear executive-level reporting on build progress.

7. Serve as primary point of contact for the program with our CM partners for the area and provide clear direction on requests to the factory.

8. Requires Bachelor's degree (foreign degree equivalent accepted) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or in a closely related occupation

9. Requires 6 months of experience in each of the following:

10. Working as a technology development program manager for consumer electronics

11. ODM/JDM/CM vendor engagement models

12. Phase gate approach to technology development projects

13. Mechanical system development, design for manufacturing, tooling, validation, and characterization processes

14. Operating autonomously across multiple teams and projects

15. Developing new technologies and integrating advanced systems in consumer electronics

Public Compensation:

$212,762/year to $226,600/year + bonus + equity + benefits
