    How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)

     

    The Manager, AI/ML Technology Delivery, will report to

    the General Manager, TechOps Technology & Data Products and will lead the

    AI/ML Product Strategy team. The manager will

     

    guide the TechOps AI/ML solution architecture (models,

    designs, specs) by working collaboratively with IT teams to create technical

    architectures and own the TechOps AI/ML technical roadmap development and

    execution. This role will drive creation of comprehensive roadmaps that

    prioritize AI/ML initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility,

    and resource requirements, while establishing clear metrics and KPIs to measure

    and document value generation from AI/ML investments.

     

    The manager will also collaborate with business partners

    and Business Performance groups to ensure business requirements are translated to

    technical requirements, solution specifications are created, and IT teams are

    engaged to produce architectural diagrams and technical documentation for the

    development process. Additionally, the Manager will partner with FinOps teams

    to assess cost implications and ROI projections for AI/ML initiatives, and work

    closely with IT teams to evaluate technical feasibility and infrastructure

    requirements for strategic decisions.

    Responsibilities

    + Strategic Roadmap Development: Create and execute comprehensive AI/ML technical roadmaps that prioritize initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and resource requirements

    + Value Documentation & Measurement: Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure and document value generation from AI/ML investments; track ROI through defined success metrics, performance benchmarks, and business outcome measurements

    + Technical Strategy Collaboration: Work with IT teams to evaluate technical feasibility and infrastructure requirements for strategic decisions and collaboratively create AI/ML solution architectures

    + Requirement Translation: Collaborate with AI/ML Product Strategy team and Manager of Business Transformation and UX to translate business strategies into technical requirements and solution specifications

    + Financial Partnership: Partner with FinOps teams to assess cost implications and ROI projections for AI/ML initiatives

    + Architecture Documentation: Work with IT teams to produce architectural diagrams and technical documentation to guide the development process

    + Project Coordination: Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of AI/ML solutions

    + Stakeholder Engagement: Engage closely with TechOps business leaders, product owners, and IT teams to ensure roadmap delivery and future state achievement

    + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with divisions across TechOps, IT and the AI/ML strategy and workstreams across the organization

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field

    + 7+ years of experience in technical strategy, solution architecture, or related roles

    + 3+ years of experience with AI/ML technologies and implementations

    + Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and technical workstreams simultaneously

    + Strong communication skills with ability to engage all organizational levels

    + Proven cross-departmental collaboration and relationship-building experience

    + Understanding of AI/ML frameworks, platforms, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

    + Analytical problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions

    + Must be performing satisfactorily in current position

    + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

    + Master's degree in relevant technical field

    + FinOps experience and cloud cost optimization knowledge

    + Cloud platform or AI/ML certifications

    + Enterprise-scale AI/ML implementation experience

    + Business/digital transformation background

    + Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD experience

    + Data governance and AI/ML compliance knowledge

    + Financial analysis and ROI measurement experience

    + Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master)

    + TechOps or operational technology environment experience
