Job Description
The Head of Workplace, Campus & Goal Coaching is a senior leader responsible for the vision, strategy, and performance of four integrated areas: (1) Workplace Banking builds and scales our employer‑based offerings; (2) Campus & Student Segment oversees university partnerships and student/Gen Z acquisition strategies; (3) Corporate Sites requires relationship management and growing external partners; and (4) Goals Coaching encompasses the team who are focus on customer coaching discipline. This role orchestrates cross‑functional planning with Product, Digital/Technology, Marketing, Risk, and Field Leadership.
Responsibilities
+ Set strategy & plan for Workplace, Campus and Coaching teams, including establishing KPIs/OKRs that tie to growth, experience, and quality
+ Scale Workplace Banking: productize the offer, oversee partner intake/launch, and own adoption, engagement, and P&L impact in collaboration with Product, Digital, and Marketing
+ Lead Campus & Student portfolio: expand university relationships, run segment roadmaps across branch/digital, and manage profitability and competitive positioning
+ Lead the Goals Coaching organization: hire/develop leaders and coaches who help customers and non-customers plan for all phases of their future through one-on-one, couple, or small-group sessions through the varying stages of their goal's lifecycle
+ Partner with Branch Leadership to develop buy-in and drive stronger client engagement and deepening
+ Risk, compliance & controls: oversee management of partner contracts.
+ People: build an inclusive, high‑performance team
Qualifications
+ 10+ years progressive leadership across two or more: workplace/employer programs, campus/university partnerships or student segments, alliance/enterprise relationship management, and large‑scale coaching/L&D
+ Proven success leading distributed teams; delivering complex cross‑functional programs from concept to scale
+ Executive‑level stakeholder influence and communication; strong commercial and operational acumen
+ Strong analytical skills that allow candidate to build business cases, assess opportunities, and tie to financial results
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred
+ Prefer candidates who have a track record launching/optimizing Workplace Banking with measurable engagement and growth
+ Experience negotiating university/corporate‑site agreements and improving program profitability is a plus
+ Coaching credentials or leadership of a coaching organization is beneficial, but not required.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $149,515.00 - $175,900.00
