    Job Description

     

    This person will be responsible for originating large and complex real estate loans, including: construction loans, bridge loans, permanent loans, lines of credit, etc., while also managing the portfolio credit quality. Candidate should have knowledge and experience with regards to advising clients and prospects on commercial banking ancillary product sets and services and be able to identify and successfully capitalize on cross-sell opportunities and make appropriate referrals.

    Basic Qualifications

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate, finance, accounting or other related fields.

     

    - Five or more years of commercial real estate/banking experience.

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    - Advanced knowledge and experience in commercial real estate loan origination and portfolio management.

     

    - Proven business development and strategic management skills.

     

    - Experience with driving successful internal partnerships with deposit/treasury management and payment solutions, syndications, derivatives, wealth management, etc.

     

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

     

    - Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

     

    - Understanding of commercial real estate credit and underwriting.

     

    _Base pay for this role usually falls within $180,000 - $207,000. Increased base pay considerations are based on candidate qualifications_** **_._

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $159,970.00 - $188,200.00
