Job Description:
We’re looking for a Resource Management Analyst to join the BNATCS Program team. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of the Recruiting Manager (RM) Director to coordinate staffing and onboarding activities across Parsons and our teaming partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient post-award execution process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Coordinate onboarding logistics and staffing actions across Parsons and teaming partners.
+ Track candidate and onboarding status, ensuring all personnel are cleared, processed, and ready for assignment.
+ Partner closely with Recruiting, HR, Security, and Program Management, Subcontracts and other functional areas to ensure compliance with program onboarding requirements and timelines.
+ Maintain accurate staffing data and reports to support workforce planning and readiness reviews.
+ Serve as a key liaison between Parsons and teaming partners to streamline communication and resolve onboarding issues quickly.
+ Support continuous improvement of onboarding and staffing processes for program scalability and efficiency.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 3+ years of experience supporting onboarding, staffing coordination, or HR operations—experience in federal contracting preferred.
+ Knowledge of the Service Contract Act (SCA), wage determinations, and administration of SCA-covered workforces preferred.
+ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
