As a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry Medical-Surgical Unit, you'll be a vital guardian of our patients' cardiac and overall health. You'll apply your specialized skills and compassion every day to:

Work Agreement:

Shift type/Length: day/night rotation / 12 hour

Weekend/Holiday Rotation: every other weekend / every other holiday

On-call Expectations: occasionally on call

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications!):

+ **Education:** A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning!

+ **Licensure:** Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state.

+ **Experience:** While new grads are welcome, we're especially seeking RNs with **at least two (2) years of clinical experience** in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty.

+ **Certification:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire). ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months.

+ **Essential Skills:** A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and an unwavering commitment to patient safety.

CHI St. Alexius Health is a regional health network with a tertiary hospital in Bismarck, the system also consists of critical access hospitals (CAHs) in Carrington, Dickinson, Devils Lake, Garrison, Turtle Lake, Washburn and Williston and numerous clinics and outpatient services. CHI St. Alexius Health manages four CAHs in North Dakota - Elgin, Linton, and Wishek, as well as Mobridge Regional Medical Center in Mobridge, S.D. CHI St. Alexius Health offers a comprehensive line of inpatient and outpatient medical services, including: a Level II Trauma Center, primary and specialty physician clinics, home health and hospice services, durable medical equipment services, a fitness and human performance center and ancillary services throughout western and central North Dakota.

$34.35 - $49.22 /hour
