As a **Security Officer - Front Desk Full Time** in **Dayton, OH** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your role will focus on monitoring access, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with security-related inquiries. What You'll Do:

+ Greet visitors and employees in a professional manner while maintaining a welcoming presence at the front desk.

+ Verify identification and manage visitor access according to site-specific policies for financial institutions.

+ Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries and directing them to the appropriate locations within the facility.

+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal procedures and site protocols.

+ Maintain accurate records and logs related to access control, incident reports, and other security-related activities.

+ Communicate clearly with clients, employees, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or concerns.

+ Follow emergency response procedures as directed by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
