As a **Security Officer - Residential Patrol Driver** in **Canyon Lake, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol the community, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence for residents. This role involves conducting routine patrols—often on foot or by bike—while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations throughout the residential community in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, including common areas and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the proper authorities and/or Allied Universal management.

+ Work collaboratively with residents, visitors, and property management to address concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

+ Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by the site.

+ Remain visible and approachable while on patrol to provide reassurance and assistance to residents and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ At least two years of security-related experience is required.

+ Candidates must be able to ride a bike for extended periods of time as part of their job duties.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
