As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, staff, and patients. You will remain visible throughout your shift, providing outstanding customer service and communication while responding to situations with professionalism and integrity. What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare environment in a calm and problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.

+ Document all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as required, including guiding people to designated areas and coordinating with emergency personnel.

+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders, providing information and assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
