As a **Security Guard - Aerospace Facility Security Clearance** in **Plano, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence at a leading aerospace and defense location. You will monitor assigned areas, provide exceptional customer service, and use your communication skills to address any concerns. What You'll Do:

+ Provide exceptional customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, communicating clearly with clients and team members.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any irregularities.

+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns found during patrols.

+ Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential disruptions and promote a secure environment.

+ Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols related to the aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance required.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
