As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and assisting guests with inquiries, all while providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for employees, visitors, and vendors.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Maintain logs and reports of daily activities and any security-related incidents.

+ Communicate professionally with building tenants, visitors, and property management to address concerns and provide information as needed.

+ Support emergency response activities and coordinate with Allied Universal management and local authorities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
