    As a **Security Professional - Armed Retail Site** in **Dallas, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols at a retail location, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. This position requires both armed and driving responsibilities. You will provide exceptional customer service, respond to incidents as needed, and communicate clearly with visitors and staff.     What You'll Do:

    + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to emergencies as appropriate.

    + Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities and provide a visible presence.

    + Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach.

    + Monitor for suspicious behavior, unauthorized entry, or other security-related concerns within the retail setting.

    + Document and report incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols according to company and site-specific procedures.

    + Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

    + Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or customers to provide assistance and information as needed.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

    + Must be at least 21 years of age.

    + A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

    + Must possess a Level III Armed Certification as required.

    + An Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.

    + Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

    + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

    + Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

    + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

    + A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
