As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help foster a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, reporting any unusual conditions or security-related concerns.

+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or patients, offering assistance as needed while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

+ Document incidents, observations, and activities according to site requirements and Allied Universal guidelines.

+ Support emergency response efforts and collaborate with local authorities or medical personnel as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ A security guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
