As a **Security Professional - Healthcare Patrol Driver** in **Whittier, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare setting, you will play a vital role in helping to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your presence will support a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment, including responding appropriately to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure atmosphere for staff, patients, and visitors.

+ Observe and report security-related irregularities, hazards, or unusual occurrences to appropriate personnel.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and helping to manage visitor flow as needed.

+ Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities as required.

+ Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
