What You'll Do:

+ Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry onto the premises of a food and beverage production location.

+ Verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to maintain compliance with site-specific policies and procedures.

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions within the facility.

+ Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site guidelines and report any unusual activity to Allied Universal management and/or site management.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and observe for anomalies.

+ Complete and submit reports related to daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and the client site.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Willingness to work at sites with limited on-site facilities, such as portable toilets or a rustic guard shack, is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
