    What You'll Do:

    + Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone, radio, and electronic messages, to coordinate security-related operations at the financial institution location.

    + Dispatch security personnel as needed in response to incidents, alarms, or requests for assistance within the premises and perimeter.

    + Maintain accurate logs and records of all incidents, communications, and dispatched activities in accordance with site-specific policies.

    + Assist in coordinating emergency response activities in a calm, problem-solving manner and relay critical information to appropriate personnel.

    + Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries related to security-related procedures and site access protocols.

    + Follow and enforce security-related procedures, client-specific policies, and post orders as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

    + Collaborate with on-site teams to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a secure environment for the location.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

    + Must be at least 21 years of age.

    + A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

    + Customer service experience is preferred.

    + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

    + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

    + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

    + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
