What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Assist with the management of visitor access, including verifying identification and issuing visitor badges as appropriate for a healthcare location.

+ Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or security-related incidents.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities and incidents that occur at the front desk post.

+ Communicate professionally with both internal staff and external parties, providing assistance and information as needed.

+ Support emergency response activities and/or drills in accordance with procedures for healthcare locations, working closely with site personnel and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
