As a **Security Guard - Manufacturing Site Patrol Driver** in **Kansas City, MO** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor for any suspicious activity or security-related hazards and report findings promptly to the appropriate personnel.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential problems and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.

+ Complete required documentation of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to support a secure work environment.

+ Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials as required.

+ Remain alert and observant throughout the shift, adapting to changing conditions and client needs.

Minimum Requirements:

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
