As a **Security Officer - Front Desk Concierge** in **Lincoln, NE** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, you will play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and employees. Your responsibilities include monitoring access control, assisting guests, and responding to routine security-related matters, all while providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

+ Monitor access to the facility, verifying credentials and assisting with visitor management in accordance with location requirements.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed, maintaining communication with Allied Universal management and site contacts.

+ Support a secure environment at the entrance and lobby area by maintaining an attentive presence to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Document incidents and observations accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns or requests as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
