Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this position is site based. The Project Engineer will need to interface with the Consultant PMC team, the Design-Build team, and the Client. This position will support all commercial responsibilities including but not limited to:

•Routine financial reporting, internally and externally

•Project dashboard maintenance

•Reviewing contractor’s claims

•Responding to contractor letter

•Developing change order documentation

•Preparing for negotiations

•Working closely with the scheduler and estimator

•PMC invoice support as needed

•Bachelors or Masters of Science in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline required

•Working knowledge of ASITE

•Experience in rail/transit construction, preferably withing New York City

•Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools. Exposure to schedule software, preferably Primavera (P6) preferred but not required
