**Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for automation and control systems? Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Technician** , where your technical expertise will directly support customers in optimizing their industrial operations.

•** **What You’ll Do

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical control systems at customer sites.

+ Install, test, and commission new automation equipment.

+ Perform upgrades and retrofits, including kit assembly and system debugging.

+ Train customer personnel on system operation, safety, and maintenance.

+ Provide remote diagnostics and support from your home office.

+ Interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and documentation.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate field updates.

+ Maintain detailed service records and ensure projects meet quoted margins.

+ Travel frequently (up to 80%), including overnight stays.

•** **What You Bring

+ Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology **or** 7+ years of hands-on experience.

+ Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

+ Experience with PLCs, schematics, point-to-point wiring, and terminations.

+ Proficiency with diagnostic tools, hand/power tools, and panel shop equipment.

+ Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel by car and air.

+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended hours in industrial settings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
