**Location:** Foothill Ranch, California

**Type:** Contract-to-Hire

Shifts Available:

+ 2nd Shift: 1 PM – 9 PM

+ 3rd Shift: 9 PM – 5 AM

• What You'll Do

Join our fast-paced manufacturing team as an Associate Tech/Machine Operator. You'll be responsible for machine setup, monitoring output, minor adjustments, and troubleshooting. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who’s tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up machines daily using basic computer skills

+ Track machine output and downtime

+ Compile daily reports for supervisors

+ Perform minor adjustments and troubleshooting

+ Lift and move materials (40+ lbs)

+ Operate and cross-train on multiple machines

+ Wear required protective gear (gloves, masks, clean room attire)

• What You Bring

+ Basic computer literacy

+ Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stand/move for 8–10+ hours

+ Willingness to learn and follow directions

+ Strong work ethic and attendance record

+ No experience required—just a great attitude!

+ Prior machine operation experience (a plus, not a must)

+ Comfortable working up to 6 days/week and extended hours

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.97/hr.
