    • **1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM**

    **💵** **Pay Rate:** $26–$35/hour (Based on Experience)

    •** **What You’ll Be Doing

    + Perform **MIG and TIG welding** on aluminum, steel, and stainless steel.

    + Weld customized platforms, mezzanines, ladders, stairs, and steps.

    + Handle welds ranging from **¼ inch to ⅜ inch** .

    + Fabricate parts using blueprints and drawings— **all custom orders** .

    + Use equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces.

    + Inspect and test welds to verify quality and specifications.

    •** **Skills & Qualifications

    + **Minimum 3 years** MIG/TIG welding experience.

    + **Minimum 2 years** MIG/TIG welding on aluminum.

    + Proficient in **vertical and horizontal welds** .

    + Ability to read and interpret **blueprints and custom drawings** .

    + Experience inspecting welds for bead size and quality.

    + **Preferred:** 5+ years of welding experience (not an entry-level role).
