We’re seeking a Production Supervisor** to lead a talented team in the assembly and repair of hydraulic systems, including power units, cylinders, pumps, and valves.     •** **Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise staff in building and repairing hydraulic systems and components.

    + Schedule, prioritize, and assign tasks to shop technicians.

    + Manage hydraulic shop and field service operations, driving efficiency and process improvements.

    + Oversee inventory, part procurement, and supply management.

    + Monitor profit and loss for hydraulic power unit and repair departments.

    + Train personnel on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.

    + Review warranty terms and ensure compliance.

    + Lead troubleshooting efforts using mechanical, electrical, and electronic tools.

    + Communicate with customers to obtain repair approvals and provide updates.

    + Ensure preventative maintenance is performed to reduce equipment downtime.

    + **Pay Range:** $28–$32/hour (based on experience)

    + **Shift:** Day Shift | Monday–Friday | Occasional weekends based on project needs

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
