    Position Summary

    Aerotek is seeking experienced **Reach Truck Operators** to join a high-performing team in a newly launched, state-of-the-art distribution center.     Key Responsibilities

    + Safely operate reach trucks to load, unload, transport, and stack products.

    + Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily fulfillment targets.

    + Monitor inventory levels and conduct routine stock checks.

    + Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

    + Assist with general warehouse duties including labeling, packing, and maintaining cleanliness.

    Qualifications & Skills

    + Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

    + Proficiency in order picking, packing, and inventory counting.

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and WMS platforms.

    + Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.

    Work Environment

    + Operate within a **220,000 sq. ft.** distribution center featuring **25+ bay doors** .

    + Work in a structured environment with **floor-to-ceiling racks** and **wire guidance systems** .

    + Shift: **Monday to Friday** , starting at **3:30 PM** until daily tasks are completed.

    + Employees are expected to maintain a clean and organized work area.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Upper Marlboro, MD.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
