Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated warehouse worker who will be responsible for various tasks including wrapping pallets, operating a forklift as needed, assisting with shipping and receiving, placing finished products onto pallets, and labeling items effectively.

Responsibilities

+ Wrap pallets securely.

+ Operate forklift as required.

+ Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.

+ Place finished products onto pallets.

+ Label products accurately.

+ Use power and hand tools.

+ Perform labor-intensive tasks and lift heavy items.

Essential Skills

+ At least 1 year of warehouse experience.

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.

+ Proficiency in using power and hand tools.

+ Experience with forklifts, RF scanners, and packaging.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in warehouse shipping and receiving.

+ Capability to perform tasks involving bending, twisting, and walking for 50% of the job.

Work Environment

You will work in a newer building, completed within the past three years, alongside a team of 30 employees. While the shop may be relatively dirty at times, all employees are required to wear jeans and steel toe boots. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday from 6am to 4:30pm, with potential overtime until 5pm and occasional mandatory Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodhue, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
